WELCOME TO THE ANTON u3a WEB SITE
The Anton u3a (University of the Third Age) takes its name from the River Anton that flows through Andover in Hampshire. We are one of two u3as in the Andover area, organised by and for local people who have retired from full-time employment.
Interest Groups
We come together to pursue hobbies and new interests, drawing on the skills and enthusiasms of each other. Our learning is for pleasure and fun.
The activities of our interest groups are conducted during the day-time and members, in conjunction with their volunteer leaders, decide on the content of activities and learning.

We currently have a vacancy for a Vice Chair
Role of Vice Chair
- Deputise for the chairperson in their absence.
- Assist chair in organizing special events.
- Be aware of the common responsibilities of all Trustees (committee members)
- Be prepared to help the chair to induct new committee members as Trustees
